Pets Best the best insurance
I have tried 3 different pet insurance companies and I must say I will stay with this one. They make filing claims very simple and get your money back to you fast.

Filing a claim is so easy
Filing a claim is so easy. I use the mobile app and takes less than a minute to take a picture of the invoice and upload to submit. The filing and reimbursement is usually back in my account within 2-5 business days. They have been great about notifying if the process does take longer, sometimes it can take a couple weeks. With already dealing with the illness or injury of my dogs the last thing I want to deal with is a lot of paperwork so thank you for making filing a claim so easy. I've also had friends, family and Veterinarians ask who I use. I always highly recommend Pets Best Health Insurance.

Best Money Ever Spent!
We bought insurance for Rudy when he was 7 years old. He is now 14 1/2! We love nationwide! The claims service is so easy! Rudy is happy, he plays hard and most of all jumps off the couch everytime the door opens to greet us! He has had treatment for bladder cancer and just started a second round of chemo. Thank you for helping make his treatment possible! We tell everyone we know who has a pet about Nationwide, we would not be without it!

I'm really glad I have insurance
My dachshund is having high numbers on his blood tests. Several tests have been given but they are still high. I'm really glad I have insurance in case things get bad.

I'm very pleased
I signed up for the illness plan and the wellness plan. After reading the reviews and talking to the staff I felt assured of signing up. I submitted my first two claims, and was as easy as they explained. I was given updates throughout the process and my claims were processed. I'm very pleased with Pet Best Insurance.

Nationwide Pet Insurance saved our holiday!
Nationwide Pet Insurance has been very easy to work with. We had a very unexpected surgery a couple days before Christmas, due to an intestinal blockage. Nationwide was quick to service our claim forms and have payment sent out. Thank you

Major price increase, too many preexisting conditions not covered and hereditary excuses
I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I had coverage on 2 dogs. Everything my BullMastiff has ever needed, (besides shots and meds) isn’t covered. We’ve always heard , sorry it’s her breed, that’s hereditary, she has too many wrinkles, now that will be a preexisting condition. I Paid a small fortune for 2 dogs & barely got back $400 last year. My boxers insurance plan, just came up for renewal today, I supposedly had the Good plan. They raised her rate “”28”” bucks a MONTH!!! That’s ALOT.... I was told they raised her rate because of her age. Really, she’s “”” 3 years old”” !!! We have never had any major claims on her, The normal year shots and heartworm/flea pills. She had Kennel cough, as a pup at about 6 weeks of age. She’s now considered a pre existing condition, for anything upper respiratory!! Too much in the fine print that isn’t covered, that you don’t know about ,until you submit your claim. Pay very close attention to your yearly premiums. I would have never noticed it went up, but I got a alert from my credit card provider, saying a nationwide charge had been approved. When I looked at it, it wasn’t my normal charge per month. I’m beyond frustrated & just cancelled both of my policies. I have wasted too much money here.

AMAZING!!
Embrace is a wonderful insurance company. I can’t say enough about how they made this emotional and stressful time so much better, mostly because they handled my claim so fast but when I called to ask any questions the representatives always asked how Vader was doing. This insurance company will be the only one, I will ever use and will tell other pet parents how great, Embrace is!!
