Healthy Paws
Our dog recently had to have surgery and we are so fortunate that we had Healthy Paws insurance! Their service has been excellent throughout this entire ordeal. The process of submitting claims could not have been easier and their responsiveness and status updates were always clear and timely and much appreciated! They have also been so supportive through the entire process and even sent emails to check on our dog and see how she was doing - so thoughtful!!! Thank you Healthy Paws!!!

Quick and easy
Filing a claim w Lemonade has proven to be quick and easy. I put the claim through via my phone and w in hours it was reviewed and approved. The payment for services was in my bank account in 2 days. It was truly an easy experience.

Excellent coverage and customer service
I have only submitted 4 claims so far, but have been very happy with their customer service, their ease of submitting and checking on claims and their coverage. This is the best think I've done to never question whether I could afford to give my dog the care she needs when needed.

Healthy Paws Makes Claims Easy
Our four and a half year old dog seemed "off" and was going to into his crate, facing the wall multiple times a day. We discovered that he had a badly cracked pre-molar causing him pain. The surgery to remove it was expensive; about three thousand dollars, but only a couple of scanned documents and a few weeks weeks later Healthy Paws reimbursed two thirds of the cost. And our little love is back to his smiling happy self. Human health insurance companies could learn a thing or two from Healthy Paws.

Wonderful experience with Pets Best
The vet discovered skin cancer on our dog. It required multiple visits, bloodwork and surgery. PetsBest was absolutely incredible. Submitting the claim was so easy. Pets Best provided status updates throughout the process. And PetsBest contacted the vet directly when additional information was needed. We had a wonderful experience with PetsBest and recommend them, and getting pet insurance, highly! Our dog was less than 3 years old when this occurred.

Easy, friendly, and reliable
Rates are reasonable, the policies are clear and easy to understand, and claims are processed super quickly. We've had great experiences with Healthy Paws for both our pets. They even reached out after one was recently hospitalized just to check in on how she was doing!

Very dissatisfied
We have been satisfied with this company until last year.
Since the Summer of 2022 the insurance has not reimbursed us for any veterinary/emergency visits for our beagle. They don’t reply anymore to the phone, you cannot leave a message, and whenever I wrote to them the past 8 months I got an automatic reply, see below:

In regards to your claims, your 2022 claim was not eligible for coverage under the behavioral exclusion in your plan. Your other claims were either processed/covered and applied to your deductible or denied since they were for a condition that was noted as being pre-existing prior to your enrollment or during the plan waiting period. We do our best to be transparent throughout our website, during the enrollment process and in the plan documents available to each client in their online Healthy Paws account regarding the limited exclusions of our plan. Those exclusions are pre-existing conditions, preventative/routine care and the office visit fee (vet exam, emergency exam, recheck or consultation). Anyone visiting our website can see this information on our “Benefits, Coverage and Exclusions” page.
