FIGO makes me feel better about providing for my cat for when or if his health fails.

When my cat started showing symptoms that something was wrong, it made the decision easier to follow through with all of the vet requested xrays and lab tests to be able to finally diagnose him. Without pet insurance, these bills would have mounted up when I am already buried in medical bills. The filing of the claims is super easy and the turn around for reimbursement is super quick. I appreciate that his annual deductible isn't a Jan to December kind of thing, but from the date I enrolled to one year after that. I worried that coming up already, my deductible would be starting over again.

awesome claim response.

I talk about how nice it is having Nationwide Pet coverage to all of my friends and family, I feel you offer good rates and great Customer Service. i explain how it has really save me a lot of money. and I don't have to worry about not taking my dogs to the Vet big relief.

Worst customer service and claims evaluations

The claims adjusters are the worst evaluators when it comes to medical diagnoses!!!!! They classify everything my dog had as gastroenteritis in order to refuse to pay claims as they used that as an exclusion with a one year old dog that had diarrhea as a puppy adjusting to foods therefore when she got real sick and needed 3 days at the hospital for a bowel obstruction they refused to pay even after the vet called them and explained it was not gastroenteritis but an obstruction that thankfully passed they still refused to pay saying it was gastroenteritis I am a doctor and it was NOT gastroenteritis and the vet did a one on one call and they refused to listen to the VET! So disappointing it cost me a couple of thousand dollars they refused to cover because they say puppy diarrhea adjusting to new food was gastroenteritis and anything to do with anything GI they will lump into a fraudulent diagnosis of gastroenteritis in order to NOT PAY A CLAIM!!! SO WRONG!!!!

First claim

I was very happy with how easy it was to submit my claim with Pets Best. I just took a picture of the vet bill and uploaded it to the app and submitted it. Less than a week later there was a direct deposit to my checking account. Very easy.

Very grateful for the insurance and the support.

I appreciate the reimbursement and am grateful for the help with the costs. My vet office makes it very easy to submit the claims and nationwide is very quick to respond and process some reimbursement. Thank you.

Peace of mind with easy claims process

My wife and I were on the fence about pet insurance when we got our first puppy, Penelope. Without doubt, the decision to get ASPCA was the right one. Not only does the insurance provide us with the peace of mind to not hesitate to seek a veterinarian’s help during time of sickness or normal wellness visits due to financial constraints, but the claims process is exceedingly easy. The payments are prompt and accurate. Our pup has been relatively healthy but things do come up and having the insurance has absolutely been worth it. We are hoping the new member of our family remains as healthy as possible for many years to come!
