GREAT Customer Service!
I spoke with 'Karen,' who was so professional and knowledgeable about helping me get my puppy's first scheduled vet visit during the necessary time frame for the vet to complete the Orthopedic Report Card. I was able to get my puppy's visit rescheduled two days earlier because of Karen's assistance, and I really appreciate the MyEmbrace Contact Center Staff being fully trained and such wonderful Brand Ambassadors for such a truly wonderful Pet Insurance Product (and I researched MANY prior to making my final choice!), Thank you, Karen and Embrace!

Great Pet Insurance
Nationwide was extremely helpful on the phone, and the speed with which they process claims is astounding. I submitted two claims and within 48 hours my checks were cut and in the mail.
My only complaint is that I received a “how is your cat feeling after his recent vet visit” email... and the recent vet visit was for his remains to be cremated as he had passed at home. The email was probably in response to the first couple of claims, but the timing was about 24 hours after I submitted my claim for his cremation so it hit me at a bad time.
