Beneficial to have, convenient with linkage to the Vitusvet app

Happy with the claim check received on the first claim. Love the connection with the vitusvet app. It would be great to take this to the next level and get feedback on claim Information directly here instead of having to go to the nationwide site or have better linkage between the two. I was happy with the reimbursement received on my first claim. It would be great to have a little faster turnaround time on these though. In general pretty happy though.

They worked with me to get my claims correct.

I had difficulty in submitting multiple claims. They worked with me to get my claims in. I am happy I insure with ASPCA Pet insurance .

Excellent Insurance

My cat recently underwent bladder surgery and Nationwide covered 90% of the cost. I am thrilled I signed up for their Whole Pet with Wellness Plan. I am very grateful to Nationwide for their support. I highly recommend this pet insurance.

Verified

I would not own a dog with having insurance with Trupanion

I have a year old puppy who has had two knee surgeries for two different legs this year (luxating patella). Trupanion has paid both claims plus everything surrounding both surgeries without any hassle what so ever. I would not have been able to afford the surgeries and give my dog a pain free life with Trupanion.

I would recommend Embrace ins.

I have been pleased with the results from Embrace. They are quick about processing claims. I like the process of the reimbursement being deposited in our checking account.

Great Insurance

Nationwide lives up to its claim that "it's on your side." It really was when my dog suffered a ruptured disc and required surgery and a lengthy hospitalization afterward, in addition to physical therapy. My boy is alive today because of this insurance as the cost was much more than I could have afforded without the coverage. I recommend it to all my friends and family who have pets. In fact, I am such a confirmed customer that I have covered my house and car, too.

Glad we got insurance on Bubba.

They always find an issue with larger claims and won't provide a specific explanation is to fix it.

I've had a few larger claims and I've had issues where they say they need more information. The first time they said the medication didn't explain the reason I brought the dog in, even though the form clearly stated she was there for 2 issues. Now they won't fill a second claim for a tumor removal and I have emailed asking to tell me why and I don't get specifics. Additionally they keep saying they have tried to contact both me and my vets office without success, but I have received zero emails or calls regarding the claim and my vet's office also did not receive anything. This is after I have submitted all the paperwork and receipt from the vets office and the claim form with notes from the vet. I have asked them to contact my vet directly at his email and to cc me as well, but then i just get the same generic email that they have attempted to reach the vet unsuccessfully. It makes it very difficult to trust the company.
