Scammers
Paid out to this company for years and the first claim I ever submitted, they only paid half after deductible because they said they don’t pay for examination fee. This was an emergency visit not a routine exam.

Easy
This is the first dog I've ever bought insurance for. With the initial investment in a Berner insurance seemed like a good bet. When Barli decided to eat a skein of yarn a couple weeks ago, that bet paid off. Two days at an animal ER. Luckily no surgery was required, but the bill was rather large. It took all of 5 minutes to make a claim with Lemonade, and the claim was approved and paid within three days. Will maintain Lemonade coverage for Barli for as long as I have him.

I am so happy I decided to get pet insurance for my dog and I'm even happier that I chose Healthy Paws as the insurance for my dog. I'm embarrased to admit that I've submitted more pet insurance claims than I wished. My dog is very high maintenence and he seems to get himself checked into the vet a lot... or perhaps he loves vet visits and does what he can to keep going back. Either way, knowing that this insurance is supporting us financially makes me feel better. Their website and app are very easy to use and I look forward to seeing my reimbursement checks in the mail. Very helpful
I am very glad to have Lemonade so that I can have the best care for my beloved puppy. They are very friendly, professional and helpful. It was a little unclear what was covered and what was needed for our initial exam… but overall the experience was great. I highly recommend them!
