My dog is a much happier, healthier pup thanks to Health Paws; if we hadn't insured her through them, I doubt we could have paid for the heart condition she has developed (~$1.5k a year), which necessitated the removal of a diseased tooth that was exacerbating the issue (~$3k), and which complicated the surgery she needed for her rotator cuff (~$10k). Healthy Paws covered a total of almost $15,000 for us in this year alone, and I couldn't be more relieved that we chose to insure her as soon as we adopted her. HP's online claim system and direct-deposit reimbursement make them easy to work with, and when I've called to get assistance with things like medical paperwork, the person I spoke with was genuinely concerned with my dog's well-being. I can't recommend them enough!

Embrace makes pet insurance easy and affordable. Insuring my pet through Embrace was the best decision I ever made involving my beloved pets. I enrolled in Embrace before I even picked my pup up from the breeder; and I am so glad I did! At just one year old, my Laborador Retiever pup, Phoebe, severely injured her knee which required major orthopedic surgery. Days after her surgery, she was bit or stung and had a potentially life-threatening allergic reaction which required emergency veterinary care. I simply submitted the claims and invoices and, done! Customer service is top notch, professional, courteous, and prompt (by phone and e-mail; I’ve had positive experiences with both). If you don’t have insurance for your pet, get Embrace now! I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone with a pet. This is the first pet we have opted for pet insurance for and we could not have made a better choice. While there is a 30 day lag between submitting the claim and being reimbursed the customer service portal is very informative about where we were in the process the whole time.

I chose Healthy Paws pet insurance for our dog because they had very comprehensive coverage at a great price. You hope you never have to use it, but we did. Healthy Paws came through for us when our dog had to go to the emergency vet and had to have several expensive tests run. It was easy to file claims and they reimbursed quickly. We wouldn't have been able to get our dog this care if we didn't have the insurance. I've been recommending them to every pet owner I know.

Happy with the claim check received on the first claim. Love the connection with the vitusvet app. It would be great to take this to the next level and get feedback on claim Information directly here instead of having to go to the nationwide site or have better linkage between the two. I was happy with the reimbursement received on my first claim. It would be great to have a little faster turnaround time on these though. In general pretty happy though.
