We Love trupanion! Petal loves them too
trupanion is wonderful. We do what is expected and if trupanion needs anything else, THEY contact the Vet. trupanion has been easy and seems to be a great fit for our Petal Luckily Petal seems to be a health baby but we are confident in trupanion if some emergency should occur. trupanion seems to care about her (and us) and they keep us informed during the process. Thank you for all your help and for caring. We LOVE trupanion.

Peace of mind dedicated to my dog!
Honestly I was just about to cancel my pet dog insurance and then I had to take my dog Onyx to the vet due to a toe nail injury he had while walking in my neighborhood! I paid over $400 for the visit and since I'm not currently working, I was thinking to save money and cancel my pet insurance. I submitted the claim and it was fully paid back to me!
My dog is going to be 11 years o age this month of March and I can not think of canceling the insurance knowing that I have peace of mind knowing my dog will have the coverage he may need in some near future. The customer service is one of the best!

Easy claim filing on-line and claim processed quickly. Received pymt with direct deposit, which was fast. I have had Trupanion about 9 years now. I am very pleased with them.
