You get what you pay for
When I was just thinking of cancelling the insurance for my healthy dog, boom the tumors come although thank god they were benign it was pressing against her sciatic nerve. While recovering she injured the opposite hind leg and now a ACL tear! My poor doggy and my poor wallet but was very relieved when my insurance checks came in the mail from the first surgery. Yes...keep the insurance 👍

Love my pet insurance!!
I am so thankful that I purchased pet insurance. I only wish I had done it when Bailey was a puppy. It gives me such peace of mind.

Don't trust them - Total con! They just steal from you.
Total con. I was basically stolen more money than "given" for claim. The policy I picked said it covered spay/neuter. I got $150. What?
Should have just kept the $1,000 I gave them in a savings account to cover everything that they wouldn't. They wouldn't even cover the cone for after surgery. $150 was nothing.
Didn't even pay for her flea/tick and heartworm meds. Why pay for this when you get nothing from them?

The best I could have ever chose!
As a new pet owner honestly I was hesitant on which insurance company to chose. I did my research, read reviews and was referred to Figo. Figo has been VERY VERY understanding and efficient! My puppy was injured a couple of times and it was costly. When I filed my first claim I thought it was going to be a hassle, but Figo made it so easy! The reimbursement was quick! I'm glad I chose Figo!

Great Coverage - Long Waits
I'd like to start by saying that the coverage of this plan is great. It is worth it to have piece of mind in case anything comes up.
However the claims process takes a very long time. I tried submitting claims both through the Vetline App, and by fax. Both times, Nationwide told me they never received my claim. Meanwhile significant time had already passed.
During another event, my wording was a bit off on one claim. I wasn't made aware until 28 days after I submitted the claim. Therefore I had to submit a new claim, and wait another full 30 days to receive payment.
I completely understand waiting 30 days to receive payment, but I wish the claim approvals/denials was faster. I'd like to know within 1 week if my claim had been approved, even if that meant waiting another 3 weeks to get paid.

As i said above, your insurance is the best. I recommended you to my daughter and she feels the same way. You pay quickly and cover every area i need especially as my dog Skipper gets older.

Amazing service and coverage!
I was unsure about purchasing insurance for my dogs, but I am so glad I did. My dog suffered 2 torn ACLs within 6 months. Healthy Paws covered the TPLO surgery and 12 weeks of rehab going above and beyond my expectations. I received a follow up call and email from HP checking in on my dog after surgery - AMAZING!

Premium is a little high but the coverage is solid.
I like the coverage as it solid and the coinsirance is nice. I do wish the premium was a tad lower but overall worth it.
