Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months.
Not happy about the sharp increase in my premium over the course of 12 months. Its easy to blame inflation for rising prices, however, a $21 monthly increase takes a toll on a middle class family like my own. I was forced to raise my deductible to keep my premium at a reasonable rate and I¡¦ll be shopping around to other pet insurance companies moving forward.

Disappointed
My puppy had a UTI during the trial period. Based on your literature, it would mean I am unable to claim the costs since it continued afterwards as we were unable to get the infection under control.
