We love Nationwide
I love that I never have to worry about getting proper care for my pets. Delaying or foregoing care for a sick pet can leave your pet in pain and suffering. Sometimes it can even result in death. Wellness exams are important too! They help keep your pet healthy and happy. With Nationwide I know I am covered no matter what.
Filing a claim is quick and easy. Customer service is excellent. The friendly representatives care about your pet as much as you do and they take as much time as needed to answer all your questions.

Love Love
I have used Nationwide for my current pup Piper and my Gus in the past. I have not one ounce of trouble with claims and the customer service excellent answering any questions! Will always recommend them.

Nationwide staff the greatest with questions and help with claim problems.
Some procedures for coverage in policy which should be covered are not covered for my type of dog,otherwise policy is great.

Disappointed claims are not paid in full
My dog just had surgery and I was extremely disappointed his surgery was not reimbursed in full. We were told we hit our limit for this injury. Therefore, we are concerned his future x rays, tests, and visits won’t be covered. Lots of limitations on this insurance that are not fully explained.

Offers direct deposit
I was notified of the claim status within a few days. Payment was directly deposited to my bank account very quickly . No waiting on the check to come through the mail or trip to the bank to deposit! And Tiger is fully recovered! WIN- WIN!

Worth it
This is the first time that I have purchased pet insurance and I see how much it is worth it to do so. Especially with the expenses that go along with a new puppy!
