Love Trupanion
Trapanion is always there for my pet. My Vet just sumitts the bill and Trupanion pays right away. With a pet that has major health issues, I don't know what I would do without Trupanion. Thank you Trupanion!

I chose 10 because the associate answered all my questions and suggested a pre approval so that there would not be surprises when it came to assessing my pets coverage for her dental injury.

I was sent back a reply after submitting my preapproval within 24 hours (much faster than I anticipated). Our procedure appointment is in 2 weeks and I hope that claim submission and response for approval/payment is just as smooth as the pre approval.

Great Customer Service with Fast and Easy Claim Resolution
What I like about Embrace is that I was able to customize the policy terms to suit my needs and come up with a price that is affordable. Sending in claims is always easy and since I opted for direct deposit of my reimbursements, there is an even quicker turn around time to receive my money. Payments are also easily deducted from my checking account on a monthly basis so there is no monthly check to write. I checked into many other companies when I decided to purchase pet insurance, so I did my homework. My daughter also purchased Embrace for her dog upon my recommendation. Customer service individuals have always been pleasant and helpful when I have needed to speak to someone. I like their informative e-mails, offering pet information covering all aspects of pet issues to keep you informed.
