I’ve always been very satisfied

Whatever I’m not sure I call and the claims rep helps me through. It is so much stress lifted off my shoulders having this insurance.

The best pet insurance

We had this insurance since my dog has been a puppy. I've been always satisfied with the service. Payments are done quickly and I don't run into any issues. I would highly recommend this insurance to every pet owner.

Amazing

We have had pet insurance with your company for both of our dogs. I love the low premium. Excellent customer service. Reimbursement of expenses incurred for our dogs has been a blessing. Without the insurance coverage we would be in deeper financial debt. The reimbursement time is reasonable. I love being able to have 24 hour access to my account too.

Not your typically insurance company

I have had 2 major claims in the lifetime of my policy. The claim process is easy and simple and can all be done online. Trupanion has always paid the full amount of the bills (according to policy coverage) without any questions or denials. The claims are processed in an efficient manner. Other than the higher cost of the policy, I think trupanion is a great company and will use with any of my future pets.

Super easy and fair

Easy to use and quick to get payment, my dog had emergancy surgery and couldn’t of been happier with the speed and ease at which I could make a claim. Once you make your first claim you can create and send a claim in less than 30 seconds. Always fast with payment and fair when making a claim. Easy to contact on the phone and helpful. Was shocked at how fair the insurance was have zero complaints. Would highly recommend.
