Claims were paid fast, efficiently and exactly according to the terms of the policy. Comforting to know that with all the other aspects of Scooter's diabetes, this is not one we need worry about.

My claims were handled very quickly. My dog had to have a lump removed and they processed the claim and paid the amount after the deductible. They also covered his recent Lyme Disease tests/medication and annual exam. Processing claims only took a couple of weeks.

As everyone knows having a sick pet is like having a sick child. Nothing could be worse. Having to fight with an insurer is adding injury to insult. When I needed a pre-certification at the 11th hour for a very expensive cancer diagnosis, the adjusters at Embrace bent over backwards to deliver. And every time I've submitted a claim since then, Embrace has been prompt with payment. I also feel that the Embrace team truly cares about my dog. They even have a fantastic Facebook page where they posted his picture and I received tons of messages of support! How kind is that? I've recommended Embrace to all of my pet-owning friends.

Nationwide is easy to work with and file claims , it is reassuring to know my Ruby girl is covered..

I say this every time I write a review but I don’t know where we would be without Embrace! Our beloved boxer was diagnosed with a brain tumor and we have had no problems whatsoever with coverage and getting our claims paid for. It’s allowed us to be able to help him remain comfortable on medication and get that his other health cared for. Judah’s survived his original prognosis so every day with him is a blessing. We would not have been able to provide him the care we wanted to keep him comfortable and manage symptoms without Embrace. Simply put; our dog wouldn’t be here without the financial help we get from Embrace. Claims paid quickly, I recommend Embrace to everyone I know has a pet, and I would work with them again in the future.

Didn't know there was a $35 admin fee until I saw my bill. I almost cancelled and requested my money back. But, we love our dog and the coverage is great. I really dislike surprise fees.

As someone who went through loosing a dog after long illness without insurance, I feel so lucky to have found the best service available to me with the ASPCA. Their care for animals shows in all the big and small things they do.

Embrace gives me peace of mind for when my pug Piper needs care. I have the wellness package and feel confident that my little girl will have the routine care she needs. I also know that should an illness or accident occur she will be covered, too. Dental care, while so very expensive in Connecticut, is also covered by Embrace. Embrace Insurance is there for me and for Piper.

Embrace is an excellent insurance company! We rest easy knowing our boy is taken care of. He broke his foot recently and Embrace took care of everything! Thank you for putting my mind at ease!

Their website makes it incredibly easy to submit a claim and, if one wants, track claims that have been submitted but not yet awarded. Awarding claims goes smoothly, usually in a few weeks. My only issue is that I feel that the amount reimbursed could be higher given the amount of the monthly premiums. But, I suspect that's going to be the case with all companies (both nonhuman and human insurance companies). I have no plans on switching because, for the most part, ASPCA is doing a great job.
