I have submitted several claims for both of my golden retrievers. One that has had a few flare ups of allergies and my other that has a mammary mass. I have always had my reimbursement within 2 weeks and if I had any questions, every rep I spoke with has been more then happy to help me out. At first they wanted to decline any future masses my one golden would have due to a cysts I had examined before our plan, but once I showed them the cytology report, we were able to narrow down her excluded coverage from all future masses to just follicular sebaceous cysts.

My little boxer mix Khaleesi, loves to chase lizards. Not much brings her comparable joy, and living in Arizona she has limitless resources. When her back legs started to become weak, the vet explained she had bi-lateral cruciate ligament tears and needed serious surgery on both of her legs to regain function. The estimate they provided almost took my breath away - then I remembered I had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and my breath returned, with a tear knowing I would be reimbursed for 80% and be able to cover the cost of the surgery. Our very energetic Vizsla suddenly became ill with valley fever, a fungus that is common in Arizona. It is found in dirt and dust and infects both humans and dogs when the fungus is inhaled. She's young and otherwise very healthy so we expect full recovery after the 6 month course of fluconazole. The diagnostics were an unexpected expense and our ASPCA coverage paid exactly what was expected per policy. The direct deposit reimbursement and electronic claims processing are very efficient and appreciated.

I have had ASPCA pet insurance since my dog[lab/springer spaniel]was a puppy. HE is now 11 years old. We have had to use the insurance 3 or 4 times and been very satisfied We plan to increase our premium next year to cover other things as he is is getting older.

Toot, my 7 year old GSD has been covered by ASPCA since he was a pup. He is very active, and over the years we've submitted claims for a number of minor injuries. The claims were processed promptly, and more often than not, we receive followup calls from ASPCA to check on his condition. I appreciate the caring attitude. Company works very hard NOT to process or pay claims! Says my vet has NOT submitted treatment info. Over six weeks processing one claim and still no results.
