Submitting a claim with Embrace is very streamlined and simple! You can print out a claim form and leave it with your pet's chart at the vets office.
Throughout the entire claim review process, I was advised of the claim status through customer service as well as being able to check the status on-line.
Bottom line, Embrace rocks! Customer service is excellent and I am thankful for choosing Embrace for our needs, as it seemed to be the best fit at the time, and now I know I made the right choice.

Appreciation
Thank you for your attention to detail, constant communication with clients, and availability to contact. I was recently impressed to see that an illness/injury claim that was not eligible for reimbursement was passed to the wellness department for review. Upon review, your staff noted that one item on the claim could be reimbursed under the wellness coverage. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail.

Fast, friendly, and true to their word.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Embrace. From the first day I bought a policy on my cat, Peter, to my latest claim experience, all I can say is these people are awesome. When you call, you actually get to talk to a real person, who is equipped to answer all of your questions. I recently had Peter in for 3 separate visits for his dental cleaning. Our benefit was up to $400 for this. The hospital took my one claim form and sent it to Embrace along with the three dates and Embrace turned it around in impressive time! Their communications by email to let you know they received the claim as well as when they are sending the check, it just a wonderful added bonus.You can't go wrong with this company.

Best customer service I have ever witnessed!!!!
Oh my world i have never seen such thoroughness and efficiency the claim was put in today for wellness rewards claim and I already got an approval and I will have it deposited in 2 days all I can say is I amazingly stunned! Embrace you guys rock!!!!!

Excellent pet insurance
Our 5 year old dog, Baxter, developed cancer and had several costly, but necessary medical bills. The communication was great, the insurance was exactly as described, and the interaction was highly professional. I would certainly recommend this pet insurance company to others.

Wellness care
I purchases the optional wellness care plus package for both of my english bulldog puppies. The best thing about Embrace is that they don't dictate what portion of your allowed dollars can be spent on vaccines, heartworm testing, etc. All other companies will only pay out a certain portion of your wellness care dollars based on category, but not EMbrace. If you spend 200$ all on vaccines, they reimburse you 200$. The claim process was rather quick. And I am impressed with the constant communication the company provides me during the claim process. I got every dollar back from wellness checkups thus far without any hitch. Awesome company!

MY BEST FRIEND TORE HIS ACL
About one month ago, we were told that our 6 year old Lab tore his ACL and surgery would be required. The cost was $4,000 and Embrace covered 80% just as they had promised. The claim was received and entered and we were notified. The check was cuta and we were notified with the specifics of the payment. I am very very impressed with Embrace and wish them continued success.

I am WOWED!!
My 4.5-month-old Cockapoo Bailey accidentally swallowed a pill at his Grandpas house and was rushed to the emergency clinic and ended up being admitted for a 2-day hospital stay. This was my first claim and I expected it to take awhile to process. I submitted the claim and received a response within days.
The coverage was true to the policy and I am thrilled with my decision to choose Healthy Paws! They were very kind in their correspondence and inquired about Baileys well being. I know I have the Cadillac of coverage for him!

Coverage I was hoping for

MICROCHIPPING
I was very impressed with the ease of filing a claim. My vet's office did all the paperwork and very soon thereafter I received my check. I would definitely recommend Embrace to anyone.
