Very impressed! Quick claim payment
This is the first time that I have had a pet in 10 years and the first time that I have purchased pet insurance, but wanted to be covered as our puppy has already had a hospital stay. I was sceptical about the value of pet insurance after hearing others say their claims weren't paid and it was a hassle. I could not be more delighted with my experience with Pet's Best. The customer service is excellent - I even had the same person answer the phone 2 days in a row and she remembered me and my previous questions. I filed my first claim last week, received helpful updates via email, and had the full 90% paid and direct deposited into my account within a week. I would highly recommend.

NOT HAPPY!
One of my older dogs (11) was out playing in the backyard. He was fine when he came in, that night, limping a little, and by the next day, his back legs were paralyzed. He was put to sleep two days later after discovering he'd ruptured a spinal disc. NOTHING could be done. I have insurance with ASPCA. I BORROWED money to pay the vet bill. With a $100 deductible, they are giving me a little more than 50% back - I am SO upset! It's bad ENOUGH that I lost my dog, and now I don't get most of the $$ I had to spend back? WHY bother with this insurance! When I get a puppy, I will NOT use this insurance! PLUS they are EXTREMELY slow doing the claims!

Very Pleased with Our Coverage
Without Embrace, we would not be able to afford chemotherapy. Now we are able to continue having quality time with our dog that we are still going to lose too soon. Reimbursements are quick after the initial approval.

timely deposit
There was a time when things ran a bit slow, during the new training phase, however lately when I submit a claim I have had very quick service. Deposits less than 25 days made into my account. I am glad I purchased pet insurance and I did struggle with whether or not I should get it. My first dog was perfect health, second dog just seems to be plagued with issues, which thank God are under control. I am thankful for Pet Embrace and so glad I purchased my plan. Very happy with them, and they even gave me a little gift for my dog when there was a small error in one of my checks. They put that extra little touch on their service.

Unbeleivable!
I just received an email from this great company! What a surprise. They reviewed a claim that I had on my Goldendoodle and her ear infection without my asking and found out they owed me an additional 51.00. Considering I had been with another insurance company prior to switching to Embrace 3 years ago that was a nightmare, this company has the most outstanding service and caring that I cannot say enough. Of all services that we pay for every day, I believe this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

Healthy Paws is responsible and trust-worthy.
Murphy needed surgery on his leg. He is a 1 1/2 year old Yellow Lab weighing in at 119 pounds. The veterinarian said he needs a plate and screws to keep his knee from rupturing, surgery was performed that day. I called Healthy Paws, when I came home from leaving Murphy, to inform them about the surgery. I was assured all would be taken care of. This was on a Monday. The bill was $4200. I received a check the following Monday for 90$% of the cost. I also received an e-mail inquiring about Murphy's recovery and asking me to send them a photo. This company is GREAT!

Submitting a claim with Embrace is very streamlined and simple! You can print out a claim form and leave it with your pet's chart at the vets office.
Throughout the entire claim review process, I was advised of the claim status through customer service as well as being able to check the status on-line.
Bottom line, Embrace rocks! Customer service is excellent and I am thankful for choosing Embrace for our needs, as it seemed to be the best fit at the time, and now I know I made the right choice.

Thank you for your attention to detail, constant communication with clients, and availability to contact. I was recently impressed to see that an illness/injury claim that was not eligible for reimbursement was passed to the wellness department for review. Upon review, your staff noted that one item on the claim could be reimbursed under the wellness coverage. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail.
