Thank you! If it wasn’t for Natonwide Insurance it would be very hard to pay for all the treatments and medications Bailey needs to keep her vision. Bailey came down with primary glaucoma when she was 14 months old. With the help of her specialist and Nationwide she still has her vision at age 3.

Simply put, we would not be able to afford the surgery our dog needs without our Trupanion policy. I am SO GLAD I bought the coverage; it has been worth every penny. And now that I actually have a claim, Trupanion representatives have been PHENOMENAL. Pleasant, professional, patient, prompt, extremely helpful, and genuinely concerned about my dog's wellbeing. Trupanion is the best!
My Boxers, Sadie and Frankie have been insured with Trupanion for the past 4 and 5 years. I cannot say enough about what an excellent experience it has been. Their claim process is smooth and extremely efficient. Additionally, when I have had to talk to someone via phone, their customer service respresentatives are always curtious and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised
I got my dog a year ago, based on the urging of others I reluctantly purchased pet insurance, and I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of insurance and customer support,. I really appreciate not having to fight over getting claims paid, although I wouldn't mind in you could speed up the 30 day processing.

Very helpful
I was really upset when my little pup tore her ACL and was a mess leading up to and during and after her surgery. Nationwide covered everything they said they would and didn’t make anything difficult on me at all. Even when I called, I was greeted with friendly customer service and helpful service. You guys made a really stressful and scary time, not so scary. I appreciate it.
