Our Rottweiler became very ill with stomach & intestional issues while he was at a dog show,He was taken to the vet & had tests performed & given med's.A week later not alot of improvement & dropped 11 lbs,was being hand fed.Another vet visit and med's. So very glad to say he is almost back to normal.Embrace Ins. has processed my claim & the refund was deposited in my account w/o ANY problems or suprises.I have had numerous other pet insurance companys in the past that did not live up to their claims.During the time from him becoming ill & getting my refund, I had called to ask a question reguarding another pet,the person I spoke with actually asked me if he was feeling better & eating again,because he was really a very sick boy.What more do I need to say? A company where the employees care and are not just doing their jobs.We have 3 pet insured thru Embrace.

Embrace is consistently prompt with claim service and with any additional needs. Hands down, I will never use another pet insurance company!

Our Goldendoodle seems to have a sensitive stomach and it is very reassuring to me to know we have Embrace coverage when we are in an emergency situation. The claims are usually reviewed in a timely fashion and if not, the company keeps us informed through multiple e-mails. My claims for my two dogs are processed the SAME day as the vet appointment in most cases! We receive an email detailing the claim that evening in most cases. The claims are reviewed and paid quickly and the correspondence is courteous and professional. The coverage is exactly as described with no hidden "fine print" that disqualifies claims. Embrace is wonderful!

Our two year old dog became ill so fast and it took the emergency vet two visits to stabilize her. After two nights in the hospital she came home on a strict ten day food/medication regimen. Within two days of her first going to the vet we were notified by Trupanion that they were processing her claim. They also showed concern about our dog's condition. Trupanion covered ninety percent of the total bill which was over $2,000.00 (minus initial check-ups). We received the checks within two weeks of our dog becoming ill. We are very thankful that we signed up with Trupanion for our pet insurance. We never thought we'd need it this soon in our dog's life. We just got an e-mail today from Trupanion asking how our dog is doing.

We are very pleased with the prompt service and the processing of Abby's two claims. Received our checks in approximately 10 days from when claims were processed.

It continues to amaze me that the turnaround time for a claim with Embrace only takes 10 days or so. Your company is most efficient and communicates when they receive a claim - when they process a claim - and confirms that I have received the reimbursements. This is a good Company and I have referred you to all my friends with pets.
