Great service!
Golden retriever has bad hips on x-ray but no clinical signs to date. Vet recommended water treadmill and therapy as a way to postpone or prevent total hip replacement. Claim for PT was paid within 10 days of submittal without any issues or limits.

Embrace Has Been Great!!!
I have been extremely pleased with Embrace. Our dog had to undergo unexpected knee surgery, and it was such a relief not to have to worry about being overwhelmed by the expense at such an emotional time. Embrace has been very good about acknowledging our claims, sending email confirmations, and then reimbursing. Also, the submission for claims is really quite simple, which is another relief!!I highly recommend Embrace pet insurance--well worth it!!

I Really Like The Ease And Sim…
I really like the ease and simplicity of submitting a claim and the quick turnaround. I did find submitting claim documentation with my camera frustrating as I was told it could not be read.

Absolutely WORTH IT!!!
We've had Embrace Pet Insurance for just over six years now and I could not be happier. The reps are professional, accommodating and always timely. And the claims process is quick and hassle free, I've never had an issue. Our dog has been in near perfect health all his life, and yet we are still saving money with all the reimbursements. We pay about $68 a month and each year we make our money back and then some. Having Embrace Pet Insurance is absolutely WORTH IT!!!!

Healthy Paws AMAZING !
I have had Healthy Paws insurance for my six y/o Standard Goldendoodle for several years now, but have never needed it for anything major until a few weeks ago when my dog, Chablis tore her CrCL and need surgery.
Filing my claim took about 2 minutes online. I received my checks in 6 business days. They were extremely helpful and prompt in answering my questions and addressing my needs.

So far, wonderful!
I had a puppy who came down with meningitis along with having a cherry eye. He's had multiple treatments and surgeries, and it took a long time to diagnose, but Embrace covered everything and sent out reimbursements in short order.

The Website DoesnT Work Very …"
The website doesnt work very well. It allows to fill in all the info and upload your documents but will not allow you to check the two boxes at the bottom to complete the process. I had issues on my home computer as well as my office computer. Today I gave up and faxed my claim in. "
