Definitely the best pet insurance for your Pets!
My dog Pumpkin became ill and was having a reaction to something which was making his stomach and chest cavity fill up with fluid. The VCA Animal hospital emergency visit determined that the fluid needed to be drained and he needed testing to determine the cause. After many different tests for cancer, parasite, liver, pancreas, digestive system and many others there was no diagnosis. I had purchased another pet insurance for Pumpkin as a puppy and continued the coverage although I also have the ASPCA Pet insurance. The doctors determined the only way to find out what was going on was to do exploratory surgery, where Pumpkin was under anesthesia for the 2 hour surgery which was very invasive.
Tissue samples around the protective sack around the heart were taken and tested along with many other samples. The determination was that a rare bacteria infection caused a reaction within his digestive tract and inside his body to secrete fluid. During his recovery in the hospital for 4 days he was treated with antibiotics and after he was released treated with antibiotics for 2 months. He has fully recovered I am happy to say. He is a 10 year old Golden Retriever therapy dog. The other insurance only covered $3500. and nothing else, stating that is was the liver which was initially tested, and only covered that occurrence, and that was before a diagnosis was reached. I filed a review to see if they would reverse it and they die not. If it were not for Pumpkins ASPCA policy, I would have paid over $28,000.00 in bills. The ASPCA insurance covered much of the expenses and their customer service followed up to see how Pumpkin was doing and if I were pleased with the insurance. They were wonderful to work with during Pumpkin's illness and I would recommend everyone consider ASPCA insurance before any other Pet insurance! Thank you ASPCA!

Quick, excellent service
My dog needed surgery for glaucoma and lens subluxation in both eyes (two separate surgeries). I checked with Healthy Paws multiple times as the case developed to ensure that the surgeries would be covered, and in every interaction, Healthy Paws staff were efficient, helpful, and reassuring. My claim was processed swiftly and I received a reimbursement check in the mail a few days later. The small premium I pay Healthy Paws each month has proved to be more than worth it in terms of my pet's health and my own peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Quick and painless claims
It was so nice to have a little piece of mind when my dog suddenly became ill. I knew that we would not have to make any tough decisions about what we could or could not afford because we had this insurance.
The claims process was extremely easy and clear. There was one short form my vet needed to complete, and we faxed the form along with the invoices directly to Embrace. I got an email notification quickly that the claim was being processed and that I could check in on it online. Within a few days, the claim was approved and a check was sent out. It was the easiest, most stress free process I could have asked for! I would definitely recommend Embrace pet insurance to other pet parents!

Very good response time and reasonable terms.
We have six cats and three dogs and have been with then for many years. We have found that they are reasonable in the amounts paid for each claim and that they are prompt in making payments.

Kindness for our loss of Mocha
I am grateful for ASPCA Insurance. My cats Mocha and Espresso are my boyzzz. Very special to me and very sweet. Feb 28th I Mocha passed away. He had been ill for several years and a fighter always with good disposition. He always remained loving and kind through his sickness. Feb 28th I came home and he had passed away. Before I left he showed no signs of dying always strong and loving. A very difficult time for me and his brother Espresso. Friends immediately came over to help me bury him and plant a little garden for him. Espreesso has been having a difficult time with the loss of his brother and has been sick. Over the few months Espresso and I have been healing and doing much better. Espresso's health improving. ASPCA and my appologies my I am not rememberning his name called shortly after Mocha died with condolances. He is very sweet and what a surprise to have an insurance company call and check in on Espresso and I to see how we are doing. Human insurance companies have never done that for any of my family losses. Recently he phoned again to check in on Espresso and see how he was healing and if his sickness is improving. Espresso and I are doing better and Espresso's health is improving. Espresso also a fighter like his brother Mocha and always sweet and loving no matter how good or bad he is feeling that day. Happily, I have a wonderful Doctor for Mocha and Espresso and their hospital and staff so sweet and caring, as well. Espresso is beating his sickness and improving everyday.Thank you ASPCA for always quickly processing thier claims and helping me with the costs.nAnytime I call in for help understanding claims, best way to process, and reviewing insurance before renewals the person speaking to is patient, understanding and very helpful.
So glad I have ASPCA insurance for my kiddos.

I had signed up my puppy for insurance with Embrace - within 4 months we had 2 unfortunate medical emergencies and the claims were submitted to Embrace - within 3 weeks after the claim I had a reimbursement check in my hand. No questions asked even though her diagnosis is still an Unknown. Highly Recommend this Insurance Company!!

life- saver
Healthy paws has allowed me to provide care for my dog that I wouldn't be able to on my own. below is an email I sent to healthy paws after I had to get multiple exams and X-rays for my dog.
Good afternoon,
I am not writing you today with any questions or complaints. This email to you is just to say thank you. Because of this company, I am able to give my dog the care that she deserves, but I could never afford. I never foresaw any of these medical problems she has today, and with every claim I file, I think in the back of my head, will they accept it? Are they going to find a reason to drop me? And every time I get the email saying my claim has been completed, I am reminded of how great you guys are. So again, thank you for your continued support. It means everything to me, my pup, and so many others.
I am forever grateful,

Marianne and I love Healthy Paws
I have recommended Healthy Paws to so many people but this is first big problem my bad little doggie got into= but he was covered, All the way to $7000. And it all started with a big old piece of sausage he got his fat little paws on--I thought my big old standard poodle would be more elegant. But I found out he is just a dog disguised in all that hairy fluff and he
got just as sick as my old blue heeler when he decided he loved sour cream so much he would eat the bowl.
Thank you Healthy Paws because I am retired and watch my bills and with you I didn't have to stop and wonder about arrangements for my bill.
And Bad Boy Barry thanks you too because after 7 days of emergency care and follow up----he is free to chase butterflies, steal part of the horses' carrots or grab a bit of lunch from my grandchildren
