I can't say enough about Embrace. The process to submit claims is so easy and stress free. I actually feel like I am dealing with real people who care about me and my dog. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful company, your quick response time and customer service is off the charts!

I am not one who writes reviews. However, my experience with Embrace has been fantastic. I originally picked Embrace because of its relationship with the USAA Family. When my wife and I contacted Embrace for a policy the sales person was great, she had all the info and very knowledgeable on the products and services Embrace could provide. We have had several claims during our first year with Rocket and Embrace never once questioned the services or providing reimbursement. My wife and I truly hope that Rocket will not have as many in the coming years.

I have used Embrace for couple years, and have been very satisfied with their service. My dog became very sick and needed surgery. Embrace reviewed all paper work, and re-embursed their part of the insurance agreement. I have told everyone I meet, that animal insurance is very important and you never know what may happen, as with my dog. I have and will continue to recommend Embrace, as I feel you need to be able to count on your insurance group. I trust Embrace with my dogs needs, as he ( my dog ) is very important to me.

I can't say enough about Embrace Pet Insurance. Extremely responsive, but most of all compassionate. I submitted a claim for euthanasia services for my dog who was in kidney failure. When I submitted the claim, I got an unsolicited, nice note back expressing condolences. I feel like part of the Embrace family!

I have had Embrace since I got my Great Dane. He will be 2 this month and I have both Accident/Illness and Wellness. Both are excellent coverage, the wellness covers everything affiliated with annual check-up & maintenance meds. Have also used the illness as my boy has a sensitive tummy. All claims are processed quickly and reimbursement takes only a couple of days. Customer service staff are polite, helpful and friendly. I have recommended Embrace to a co-worker and she signed up the next day.

My little shih Tzu, Bella, is a very smart, loving and happy dog. She is part of our family. She has had a few issues with her digestive system and recently she had some disturbing numbers regarding her liver. We submitted the vets invoices not knowing what might be covered. Needless to say we were very pleased with your responsiveness. We take her to the vet regularly for her checkups and really try to keep her healthy and we really appreciate your help."

I had Pets Best Insurance since my dog was a puppy. He is no longer with me and with the random medicals issues that came up throughout his life I was able to care for him in the best way possible. They are always so helpful to speak with. Very sympathetic and understanding. The reimbursements came so quickly and with no issues at all. If I decide to get another pet I will make sure that I get a policy right away. When I called to cancel my policy upon losing Bryce they were so caring and I received a card in the mail shortly after. I have recommended this company to many people. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the company I chose a year ago to cover my Labradore Retreiver. Just recently she had ACL knee surgery and not only in one knee but BOTH. I submit the bills and in a couple weeks I am reimbursed. I have never had pet insurance before but they are caring and truly care about the health of your pet. The sports medicine group I took Ellie to also had nothing but good things to say about Healthy Paws. So glad I made the choice I did...
