Morgan was so very helpful during both of our phone conversations. I had originally called to cancel coverage as I was planning to switch my dog to Pet First. However, she explained very clearly the benefits of keeping Chewie's coverage with Trupanion. Thanks to her I left his policy where it was. She has amazing customer service skills. That type of person is hard to find nowadays. Please make sure she gets an excellent review and great pay raise when that time comes around. You want to keep a valuable employee like Morgan.

Great product
We've had nothing but a very positive experience. At the beginning there was a mess up with our payroll deduction to cover the premiums and Nationwide worked with our HR to get the issue resolved. Claims are very easy to enter and the process works very well. Very happy I signed up!!

Smooth sailing after a rough start.
It was a bit of a learning curve to figure out exactly what documentation was expected when filing a claim, but now that I have it figured out (and my vet knows how to fill out my receipts), filing my claims has been pain free.
