Recently, our 6 year old boy was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and we were absolutely SHOCKED. We started noticing a "bunny hop" and some hesitation when playing ball so we decided to go for XRAYS. Our local vet had "never seen anything like it" and said it was so bad he wasn't sure if anything could be done. You can imagine the sheer panic. We moved forward with an appointment to get a second opinion and to our relief, the second opinion vet believes he can be fixed. We have an appointment with a surgeon to confirm and to also schedule what we believe to be a double rear total hip replacement. We submitted the claim for the first XRAY visit and were told by Embrace that all future specialist visits and anything related to this diagnosis would be covered. After being through so much already, it was such a relief that we can move forward with getting our boy the treatment and care he deserves. Since day one, wellness and illness coverage has been fantastic. Even after my dog was misdiagnosed Embrace worked with us to re-classify previous claims that were not paid under the policy and honored them. They supported us through the illness process and through the confusion time. Their response and processing time is very good. Customer service, phone and online options are excellent.

Charges were over $2,000 & they are still coming. Thankful we decided to get pet insurance! We are retired. Without it we would have had to amputate our 6 month puppy's leg. Only a few vets do the surgery he needed and it is very expensive. I would recommend Pet Best insurance to anyone who cares about their pet and their wallet. So worth the monthly charge.

My labrador had an accident at the trainer's that required emergency surgery. It took almost 6 weeks for my claim to be processed! First it was denied because Embrace put the wrong date on claim. Second, they requested her medical history from the wrong fax number. When I called to correct the problem they wouldn't allow me to send them the records.

Having Embrace in place was the greatest feeling ever. When we recognized our pup had been bit by a copperhead snake, we were in a position to focus on getting our boy back to 100% as opposed to worrying about the $ involved. I've never had an issue with ASPCA. From basic checkups to unexpected visits they've always been prompt in responding to claims and reimbursing me on time.

I recently filed two claims under my ASPCA pet insurance, one for each of my dogs, Schultz and Honey. ASPCA claim forms are very easy to complete; the questions are very straightforward. It takes less than 30 minutes to print out the forms, answer the questions, attach the vet's invoice and get the package in the mail. ASPCA sent regular email updates on the process, especially when there was a delay in getting additional information regarding Schultz's illness from the vet. ASPCA kept me updated on their attempts to contact the vet and notified me immediately when all the information had been received and the claim processed. They notified me the same day that the reimbursement check was on its way. I have had insurance on both dogs for many years and ASPCA always fulfills its obligations under our contract.
