I wasn't sure if the microchips my two cats received would be paid by Embrace Pet Insurance (I obviously didn't read through the coverage information), and was delighted that they were both covered! My cats received great care from my veterinarian and then I was rewarded by Embrace Pet Insurance for taking good care of my cats' health and well-being in the unlikely event that my cats would run out of the house and get lost. Upon return from our beach vacation we noticed Ariel walking funny. After taking her to the vet we were stunned to find out that she had a grade four patella luxation. Little Ariel has not turned one year yet! After contacting Embrace we were relieved that the surgery would be covered under Ariel's policy. We are so happy to have Embrace insurance! I am glad the vet had info about Embrace. I did not know about pet insurance and from the first time online at the site to my wellness claims everything has been spot on. I am impressed with this company and will tell anyone I know that they need Embrace for their furry children too! Thank you Embrace!

I'm a new member of Healthy Paws with my 10 month old Lab. He was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia recently, and underwent laproscopic surgery on both elbows at Ohio State University's Companion Animal Hospital. THroughout the process, the great folks at Healthy Paws were there for us, quickly reimbursing me for costs incurred (less than a week!). They have been extremely understanding and have responded fast with all of my questions. They even follow up to see how my boy's doing after his surgery! After my last Lab I decided to look into insurance, and Healthy Paws was very highly rated. I can see why now!!

We have two dogs covered by Healthy Paws. Our Akbash had a problem with her shoulder which would not have been covered by the majority of other providers - Healthy Paws covered the entire surgery and meds with no (well, few) questions asked. My younger Setter suffered a fractured femur. Healthy Paws not only covered all the radiographs but also the laser therapy to help her heal. She has recovered completely. There is an individual rep assigned to their respective accounts that answers every email or calls you.

Yet again, I am happy with the service that I received with Embrace. Originally my claim was denied, but since Embrace allows you to work with real people who contact you personally, I was able to explain the situation further, get additional information from my vet, and submit it to Emrace. Just a few weeks later the claim was covered. It's so refreshing to see a company let their employees make decisions based on information and logic - not bureaucracy. Thanks again!

Our Beagle suddenly showed signs of having trouble walking and was yelping with pain. It was quickly discovered he needed an spinal tap, an MRI and possibly surgery. It was never a question in our minds if we would move forward with these tests to help him, but hearing the dollar amounts add up was scary. Though we put our faith in knowing that when we enrolled him in Embrace Pet Insurance they would be their to help us! When it was all said and down we learned our precious animal had meningitis and a ruptured disc.
