The process for submitting claims and getting reimbursed couldn't be simpler or more responsive. Totally happy with my involvement with Embrace Pet Insurance.

An eye injury occurred and of course late at night so off to the emergency clinic. Thank goodness we went as prompt attention enabled my dear little dogs torn cornea to heal quickly!!!So glad I decided to buy insurance and so very happy with Embrace quickly covering our claim!

I've had to make two claims in a matter of months. When I called with a question, they were extremely helpful, super nice and took initiative to look into details that I hadn't even mentioned. As a result, I got reimbursements to both claims in a very short time! I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

My maltese was mopping around and stopped eating. He was just not himself. I took him to the vet and was told that he needed dental surgery but before he could get the surgery he needed to be seen by the cardiologist to see if he could withstand being put to sleep. I didn't have to worry about how I was going to pay for this because my Simon was insured with ASPCA Pet Insurance since he was 6 weeks. I contemplated several times on whether I should keep the insurance because I didn't use it often. My Simon is now 10 years old and I'm so... glad that I decided to keep it. Now that he is older, I feel at ease that he is covered if he gets ill and needs treatment. Thank You ASPCA for the ease of filing claims and checking in on Simon. That meant a lot to me.

My dog had heart issues & I get refills all the time. The claims go through very fast and my reimbursment is just as fast in being deposited into my savings account. They always do a great job for my boys!
