This was my first claim with Trupanion for my goldendoodle and the process was very easy and quick considering it was my first claim! I feel like you all provide a very good value for your services and would definitely recommend you and already have.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service.
My cat started vomiting bloody liquid on Christmas Eve, I had to take her to the emergency veterinary hospital. Fortunately I was able to bring her home on Christmas Day evening. I submitted the claim for treatment to Embrace on 01/07/2019 and to my delight I just received a message that the check has been cut on 01/17/2019. This a level of service that is over and above anything I have experienced before! Thank you Embrace.

Terrific service
Figo has proven to be a good insurance provider. It’s not comprehensive insurance, but it covers accidents and illnesses that pop up with pets. I recently had a claim of nearly $5000 involving stomach surgery for my dog. I filed the claim in the morning, sent invoices and pictures of the stuff that was removed from her stomach. The claimed was closed that same afternoon and we received a check three days later. Fantastic!

Trupanion has been very timely

A Must for your pet!
We got healthypaws insurance for our rescue dog Cali right after adopting her, and it has been by far the best decision we made for her and us!
healthypaws provides the best support via a user-friendly platform. I would make pet insurance mandatory for all pet owners, and give healthypaws as a recommendation every single time!

Response To Claims
Claims are taking 30 days for a decision, but could be faster especially when all documents provided or should set expectations as to why taking 30 days. You make great strides at notification when claim received via email, but more notification should occur during process.
