This is insurance has been a life saver, they have covered every single health problem that my dog has had during her 8 years, they are quick sending you the check, they cover almost everything and never a question is asked. When my cat died I received a call and a condolence card and they automatically cancel the insurance for me without even asking, they understand your pain. So far...always a good experience! I keep sending stuff in..just so it is in my file..they respond and explain it all to me, i.e. what my deductible is...what will be covered, etc.

Thank goodness we have coverage!
Fortunately, our Parker is a pretty healthy little guy, but we recently needed to use our coverage for some surgery and we were reimbursed a large portion of what we spent. So nice to know we have Nationwide to behind us! Now with the direct deposit option, once our claim was completed, it was so quick to receive our money - went directly into our checking account.
