Because you guys are always helpful. You’ve covered everything I’ve submitted with no issue and usually it’s processed within 48 hours. A person answers the phone right away every time I call. My only wish is that more vets knew how great you are in my area and would take vet direct pay.

So happy with Trupanion and the immediate care available to our pet when surgery was needed.

So happy with Trupanion and the immediate care available to our pet when surgery was needed. Medication to ease arthritic pain over the last many years since the surgery is still covered by our policy. Our beloved dog is still enjoying a very happy life in her 12th year.
