I dont understand how to remove the last misdiagnosis before the insurance started.
My dog was misdiagnosed by an old vet and didnt have all the same as what he is having now. His before the policy started must have been something else because now he is having this issue. They misdiagnosed him about his ACL and finally got yall to remove it.

Waited a while for X-rays to get approved (3 hours in parking lot at the vets) which is one of the reasons we appreciated Trupanion other than that great help one the phone and super nice!
