Healthy Paws offers superior coverage for seniors
In 2012, when I chose Healthy Paws for my cats, it was after having dome a fair amount of research. At the time, Healthy Paws was one of the few insurers that would cover older pets, such as my then 12 year old female cat. Healthy Paws was also the only insurer that I found, at that time, to offer continuous coverage for older pets. For those who are unfamiliar with insurance jargon, continuous coverage means that illnesses or injuries that show up while a pet is covered, will continue to be covered as long as the policy is in force, (as long as the pet is alive, and the premiums are paid.) Insurance plans that do not offer continuous coverage will generally cover a disease for the policy term in which the disease is diagnosed, but will consider the disease a pre-existing condition when the policy is renewed at the next term, usually the next year. What this means in real life is that a pet that develops diabetes, for instance, will have the diabetes covered for a year with a non-continuous coverage policy. The next year, after the policy is renewed, the diabetes will no longer be covered. Healthy Paws' continuous coverage plans are worth seeking, because they allow pet parents to keep giving their pets high quality care year after year, not just for the first year after something pops up. This type of consistent, high quality care made all the difference for me and for my oldest insured cat, my soon to be 15 year old little girl. My girl has, like many older ladies, arthri

Peace of Mind
This is the best investment I have made the last 8 years! My cat Macy developed asthma 2 years ago-he has maxed out the plan but it has paid for itself ! I have continuing care and that has been sooo helpful since he had other issues too! I have my other 3 cats on the plan also but Macy has needed it the most. It has been peace of mind financially knowing that I can give him the best care possible and not worry about going broke! The customer service at ASPCA insurance is top notch-I have NEVER encountered anyone rude; they are awesome, helpful and so kind! For a sacrifice of eating out once a week for a month you too can have peace of mind and that is for 4 cats!!!

Well worth the price
This is the first pet we've insured and it is well worth the price. The claims are reviewed and paid promptly. We added the wellness portion and it practically paid for itself in one visit! I recommend Embrace to everyone who asks me about insurance.

Happy we have Embrace Insurance
We are very happy we chose Embrace Insurance. We have a puppy (7 months) and have had a few puppy problems that have added up. They are quick to respond when you fax them your vet bills-and send you an e-mail when the claim is in process. They also send you an e-mail, as to what was covered and send the check out quickly. Their customer service on the phone is very professional and helpful. I also purchased the wellness care and was glad I did. We are very happy with Embrace and would highly recommend!!! You never know what will happen and you want to be prepared-especially when it comes to your pet!!

Outstanding!
I'm not one to give praise often but ASPCA Pet Insurance was a wonderful experience. Absolutely no surprises. Everything was paid for as expected and quicker than even my own health insurance provider. It was just a nice surprise to have a company to what they say that they do without any delays, or questions. Just provided the doctor's bills, FAX'd them, and within a week I got a detailed explanations and checks for each of the claims that I submitted.
I strongly recommend this insurance to every one as well as I'll never go without for as long as I have a pet. My cat required surgery for a mammary gland issue which ran close to $1,000. I would have had the surgery regardless of having insurance but it sure is nice to be able to change a major event into a less painful one.

Healthy Paws is outstanding
We have Healthy Paws for our Basset Hound Charley. The premium is very reasonable and claims are processed promptly. Charley became ill with pancreatitis last week, and he saw his vet on Thursday and Friday. Both claims were processed by Friday afternoon, and the reimbursement is great. They sent an email this morning asking how he is doing. Happy to say he went for his final checkup this morning & all is well. We recommend Healthy Paws whenever we can. Our vet is totally impressed with our coverage.
Thank you for your genuine concern and caring for our furry loved ones!

Thanks Pets Best
We have 2 beagles on the Pets Best policy. Gabby and Baily. Gabby has been suffering from nose allergies and every morning she scratches and rubs her nose so violently on the furniture I have to move it back when she is done. When we took her to the vet. I said there goes another $200. But when I submitted the claim Pets Best approved it and the claim money is in the bank. Thanks Pets Best

THE Best!
If you are considering getting pet insurance (you should) and you don't know which one to choose, you should choose Embrace, hands down. 1) Awesome, personal customer service. A group of actual people who actually care.
2) Variety of plans, deductibles, and co-pays to choose from. You can find something affordable that meets your needs.
3) Unlike other pet insurance companies, Embrace pays you what you paid the vet. They don't arbitrarily decide whether or not the testing or treatment you pet had is "reasonable or customary" and deny payment for certain things. They literally pay you what you paid, minus your deductible and co-pay.
4) They are quite fast about paying claims, even by snail mail, but if you sign up for direct deposit, it's lightening fast! We just had a number of claims in a row for visits, testing, and treatment of our cat's lymphoma and in the middle of it, I signed up for direct deposit. I can't tell you how happy I am that I did.
In short, I cannot describe to you how happy we are with Embrace. Truly a stand-out company that I hope will never change their winning ways.
