Great Customer Service & Easy Claims
This insurance company has been great. After the initial paperwork, submitting claims is a breeze. They are speedy and keep me completely in the loop. I also love that the deductible is $500 a year not an accident.

GREAT INVESTMENT!
We have two giant Doodles and enrolled with Embrace when they were pups. They are two now and we are so glad we chose Embrace! It could not be simpler! Our claims are sent automatically from our vet and we usually recieve an email from Embrace within 24 hrs! When they review the claim, they use direct deposit to send our funds. It is all very quick and we have NEVER had to call and fight for a claim! No fine print, no tricks! Unbelievable!:) I was skeptical, at first, because of my experience with "human" health insurance but we are so impressed. If only our medical insurance was this great! We have definitely gotten our moneys worth. AND, we have peace of mind that in the unfortunate event of an illness or injury, we will be covered. This is truly one of the best run businesses that I have dealt with. Thank you EMBRACE!:):)

Glad I Did My Homework
Upon adopting a rescue dog I decided to shop for insurance. After some googling and reading reviews on several Insurance companies, I settled on Healthy Paws. Very glad I did!!I have both my dog and cat insured. I have turned in several claims on my dog and 1 on my cat so far. In every instance I received notice via email as soon as HP received the fax from the vet or myself depending on circumstance. Usually the same day I was informed via email that the claim was processed and I was provided with a PDF file to look at online or print out showing what was covered and what was not covered.. usually just the exam fee was not covered which is standard.. and best of all my 90% refund check arrived within 1 week. doesn't get any better than that!!

So far so good
I am new to pet insurance world. I did not have pet insurance for my previous dog and am trying it out for my new puppy. So far it has been extremely easy and rewarding.Claims are addressed in a timely manner and the refund check arrives promptly. I have only dealt with wellness coverage thus far - no accident or illness.
So far my experience with Embrace has been a positive one.

Lifesaver
Charley tore her ACL and had to have surgery that was $4200.00, we are so happy for Embrace and so glad that we have insured both of our dogs. The refund was approved quickly and is in the mail. It really gives piece of mind knowing that the dogs are covered and in the event they need major surgery or something costly Embrace has your back! Thank you!

Excellent service!
I bought pet insurance for our puppy as son as we adopted her at 11weeks of age. I purchased the 90% policy from Healthy Paws after researching reviews of several different companies. Other companies wanted to charge more because of her breed (Cavapoo, cavalier King Charles spaniel/mini poodle mix) because they are prone to health problems. Healthy Paws did not charge based on her breed, which I appreciated. They also had a yearly deductible rather than a per incident deductible which also appealed to me with no limits. Three weeks ago she became very ill with an intestinal infection. I ended up at an emergency clinic with an $842 bill to diagnose and treat the infection. I had only paid two months of her insurance (35.90 per month). I called customer service who told me exactly what I needed to send to process the claim. Once they received all of the required paperwork, my claim was approved within a day and I received my check within three business days. I was reimbursed exactly as described. I had to pay the $100 annual deductible, the vet exam fee and 10% of the rest of the bill. I received $576 back almost immediately. They also sent a personal email inquiring about her recovery. Healthy Paws has proven to me within my first two moths of pet ownership that they are well worth the money and they deliver their services as promised in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to others, and I am glad I listened to other reviewers and chose them as an

Happy with the experience.
Glad we have insurance. Our original reason for getting it was because of a high energy puppy - we feared the dreaded torn ACL or some other expensive injury. It turned out he had ongoing stomach and GI issues and we struggled for over a year to find the cause. That, plus a strange allergic reaction caused our vet bills to soar this year. Once submitted, they were reviewed quickly and Embrace contacted the vet to get additional information so we didn't have to do anything. Checks were sent promptly upon completion of the claim. The claims staff was friendly and easy to work with - great customer service.

Healthy Paws offers superior coverage for seniors
In 2012, when I chose Healthy Paws for my cats, it was after having dome a fair amount of research. At the time, Healthy Paws was one of the few insurers that would cover older pets, such as my then 12 year old female cat. Healthy Paws was also the only insurer that I found, at that time, to offer continuous coverage for older pets. For those who are unfamiliar with insurance jargon, continuous coverage means that illnesses or injuries that show up while a pet is covered, will continue to be covered as long as the policy is in force, (as long as the pet is alive, and the premiums are paid.) Insurance plans that do not offer continuous coverage will generally cover a disease for the policy term in which the disease is diagnosed, but will consider the disease a pre-existing condition when the policy is renewed at the next term, usually the next year. What this means in real life is that a pet that develops diabetes, for instance, will have the diabetes covered for a year with a non-continuous coverage policy. The next year, after the policy is renewed, the diabetes will no longer be covered. Healthy Paws' continuous coverage plans are worth seeking, because they allow pet parents to keep giving their pets high quality care year after year, not just for the first year after something pops up. This type of consistent, high quality care made all the difference for me and for my oldest insured cat, my soon to be 15 year old little girl. My girl has, like many older ladies, arthri

Peace of Mind
This is the best investment I have made the last 8 years! My cat Macy developed asthma 2 years ago-he has maxed out the plan but it has paid for itself ! I have continuing care and that has been sooo helpful since he had other issues too! I have my other 3 cats on the plan also but Macy has needed it the most. It has been peace of mind financially knowing that I can give him the best care possible and not worry about going broke! The customer service at ASPCA insurance is top notch-I have NEVER encountered anyone rude; they are awesome, helpful and so kind! For a sacrifice of eating out once a week for a month you too can have peace of mind and that is for 4 cats!!!
