In the business process there are certain hoops that a customer must 'jump' thru to maximize justifiable claim reimbursement. Some of your 'hoops' make sense I guess, but some are just income producing minutia that may make sense to a lawyer reading fine print but this minutia appears as a big 'huh?' to a medically educated experienced client who has read your advertising material and then is faced with the oddities that you call claim revues. On April 30th I lost my service pet Pearl. She was my resource of dealing with chronic pain. The Embrace staff made the paperwork and so easy. I recommend this company highly I had 4 dogs with this company. I have never had a problem from them.

I have had Embrace several years and it has been a great help in taking care of my Newfs.

Oliver is a two-year-old Yorkie. He's had general preventive care as well as a few issues with ticks and vomiting. Because of having pet insurance, we don't hesitate to take him to the vet when needed. ASPCA has been wonderful!! It takes literally less than five minutes to file the claim online and then the process time is lightening quick. It is worth every penny! Oliver is one loved dog and this is one of the best ways we to take care of him.

I have had Healthy Paws insurance for over 2 years and my puppy has had several serious medical problems. I purchased this insurance when he was healthy and had no idea he would have multiple health issues over a year later. Their web site is easy to use and they respond to email quickly. They also were easy to get a hold of by phone. I have received prompt payments that are both small (medications) and large (MRI with anesthesia) after submitting a receipt and the doctor progress note. I do encourage you to understand the coverage (what it covers, deductible, %) and the different plans, however, buying this insurance for my dog was a no brainier!

Healthy Paws is a fabulous company. Bailey tore her cruciate ligament and had to have surgery. Healthy Paws promptly reviewed and approved our claim. We recommend this company to all of our friends with fur kids. They are the best!

We have been covered by other pet insurance companies and Pets Best is truly the very BEST to deal with and to understand the coverage.
