This is the first time I have ever purchased insurance for one of my pets. I decided to get insurance for this pet because she was a puppy and we had Her and her mother from the time she was 2 days old. We wanted to be able to do as much as we could.

Customer service is prompt and claims are done expeditiously.

We chose Healthy Paws for our two cats about 7 years ago and have been very happy with the coverage AND the customer service. The policy is affordable, filing a claim online is incredibly easy, and the reimbursements are generous. But the company's responsiveness is absolutely exceptional. They are always available to answer questions and explain things, and claims are handled promptly. They are sincerely interested in the health of your pet. (Our cats get birthday greetings from them, and yesterday I received an email asking how my elder cat was doing after cancer surgery.) I love this company. I have recommended them to every pet owner I know. They not only love pets, they show that they love YOUR pet. You won't find a better insurance company.

Amazing service!!

I've noticed the claim to pay times have gotten significantly faster -- like that! Nationwide has always been a great experience for us, even through the high cost of losing a pet due to illness. We also like that my employer offers Nationwide and we pay via paycheck deduction. Very cool service.

Every time I have had to use Trupanion it has been an amazing experience.

During this really difficult time, the ease of filing a claim with Trupanion has made things so much easier. I don't have to worry about having funds tied up in the claims process for weeks. The payout is almost immediate which gives me the peace of mind of knowing I don't have to worry about whether I can afford treatment for my boy.

Ease of enrollment and ease of navigating site, customer service is really good

Trupanion helped us when our dog became ill and made the final days with him so much easier. Now our cat is aging and Trupanion is ready to help again. Humans need the support so we can help our animals.

Once setup the claim process is super fast and easier. Within a couple of days the claims are processes, all electronically from my phone.
