Trupanion is a unethical company the hides behind esoteric NJ Insurance laws to hammer their customers with LARGE premium increases at random times. I have told over 200 people via social media my experiences and have contacted NJ Senators to let them know my experience with your very unethical company.

Paid the premiums monthly for 9 yrs never had a serious medical crisis as Maverick was a healthy dog. May 19 2020 Maverick wasn't feeling out of sorts, brought him to our vet who said he is very sick. He has fluid in his stomach and you to go to an Emergency Veterinary Hospital for an Ultra Sound but I feel he as Cancer. Upon waiting over 4 hours while tests were being done he was diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma. He had an Ultra sound with a guided needle biopsy of the liver & aspirated fluid from his stomach. This bill was over $1,800. Thank God we kept up on his premiums knowing Trupanion would reimburse once his deductible was met and then 90%. He is holding his own but knowing that all his follow-ups and all meds for Lymphoma are covered it is peace of mind. Thank you Trupanion, for your efficiency in processing all claims e-mailed to you in a timely manner.

The online chat customer service was extremely helpful and straight to the point.

I belong to a lot of dog groups on FaceBook, anytime anyone asks for recommendations for pet insurance I always recommend Embrace. I tell them how affordable you are and how good the coverage is. Choosing Embrace was a great decision.

Trupanion is the best!! Easiest with claims and quick reimbursement. I would highly recommend Trupanion for your pets insurance. And hope that you never need to use it! But if you do they are there to help.
