Long processing time
It seems to take a long time to process some claims and others seem to be processed more quickly.

Extremely easy
Extremely easy to submit a claim and such a fast turnaround!! Excellent value and worth every penny. I would strongly recommend this for every pet owner because you just never know. This gives me peace of mind (as I will likely need this again for my sweet Lab). :)

Excellent service and have had no issues so far.
Unfortunately Mia, who was otherwise healthy until recently, experienced an upper respiratory infection and separately needed 2 teeth extracted. This was the first time I had used the insurance and was pleased with the response and follow up of the claim.

Happy Pet Owner
Claim process extremely well managed (some human insurers could take a lesson). Claim settlement was prompt and accurate. I recommend their insurance product.

Reliable and Efficient
Nationwide have been great to work with. Claims are processed readily and efficiently. I’d love an upload online feature rather than emailing claim documents but that’s a minor consideration. We feel our claims have all been treated with fairness. And the direct deposit process is great!

Nationwide is a great fit for our now healthy English Bully!
Our Stella is family to us. She is an English Bulldog and at times may need more vet visits than the average dog due to her breed. Nationwide is always there for us and I am usually very confident they will cover some or all of our visit (once the deductible is met). We love Nationwide and have already referred multiple coworkers and friends.

Best thing I ever did was get insurance through Nationwide!
Nationwide had been absolutely wonderful! Knowing taking care of our beloved fur baby won’t put a hole in our pocket and he gets the care he need is the best feeling. I recommend nationwide pet to anyone with a pet they love.

Peace of mind
I have ASPCA insurance for my dog. I could always count on them when it comes to being able to get care for my dog King when he needs it. I have recommended this pet insurance to my sister for her
