Claim total below deductible.

Our dog, Tilton, developed an ear infection. The total treatment cost was well under the policy deductible. Even so, Trupanion kept a running total of costs, in the event that the costs eventually exceeded the deductible. Good job, and very pleased.

I don't really like the Trupanion organization but that's no reason to blame it on Ines.

I don't really like the Trupanion organization, but that's no reason to blame it on Ines. She was lovely. I hate the Trupanion email messages when they brag about how much money they've paid out when I haven't received ONE DIME!!

I had a recent emergency and having Trupanion was the only way I could have gotten Venture the care I needed. It helped financially significantly. I called the phone line 5-6 times during the process and each time everyone was very considerate, kind, helpful, and seemed to care about Venture’s well being. They answered every single one of my questions until I understood everything. Outstanding service.
