I chose a 7 because your customer service are kind patient and helpful.
I chose a 7 because your customer service are kind, patient and helpful. I gave a 7 and not a 10 because I do not agree on some of the denied claims based on exam fees. I brought my pet to doctor for to examine what is wrong because my dog was injured. This should be a part of meeting deductible.

It seems higher in cost than some other plan and a $30 increase in January was awful.
It seems higher in cost than some other plan and a $30 increase in January was awful. I originally took it because my vet offered it. Since it is for a Great Dane I was unable to change companies after the price increase because he was over a year. That is why I just had to increase the deductible so I can maintain an insurance plan for him that I can afford.

Best. Insurance. Ever.
After researching numerous pet insurance companies, I found that Healthy Paws was the best fit for our furry family. It was very easy to sign up and even easier to navigate their app. Within 2 months of adopting Duncan, he needed knee surgery. I submitted all of his vet receipts and within the month I had a reimbursement of 90% direct deposited into my bank account. If it wasn't for the awseome coverage offered from Healthy Paws, I would be 2 grand in the hole. Don't hesitate when it comes to pet insurance...Don't hesitate in choosing Healthy Paws.
