I love my PJ with all my heart and I want to be able to provide him with the best care possible. My pet insurance enables me to do this by easing the stress of high vet bills. ~~~my 4 month old puppy gwen at the time, fractured her right leg and required surgery... gwen had surgery at bolton vet in bolton ct with dr. white on 5/22/2018 and the process couldn't have gone better both with the vet and nationwide...being a new pet owner, i truly never expected that she would get hurt and was beyond devastated...nationwide has been excellent, both when it happened and currently checking in with me and referring any questions to their vet line.... i pray she stays accident free her whole life and only requires well check visits...thank you laurie beaudry

It seems to take a long time to process some claims and others seem to be processed more quickly.

Extremely easy to submit a claim and such a fast turnaround!! Excellent value and worth every penny. I would strongly recommend this for every pet owner because you just never know. This gives me peace of mind (as I will likely need this again for my sweet Lab). :)

I've only had one claim so far, but the process of submitting a claim was easy.

Unfortunately Mia, who was otherwise healthy until recently, experienced an upper respiratory infection and separately needed 2 teeth extracted. This was the first time I had used the insurance and was pleased with the response and follow up of the claim.

Claim process extremely well managed (some human insurers could take a lesson). Claim settlement was prompt and accurate. I recommend their insurance product.

Nationwide have been great to work with. Claims are processed readily and efficiently. I’d love an upload online feature rather than emailing claim documents but that’s a minor consideration. We feel our claims have all been treated with fairness. And the direct deposit process is great!

Our Stella is family to us. She is an English Bulldog and at times may need more vet visits than the average dog due to her breed. Nationwide is always there for us and I am usually very confident they will cover some or all of our visit (once the deductible is met). We love Nationwide and have already referred multiple coworkers and friends.
