Good turnaround. Faster than I anticipated.

Past experience with Trupanion. Yes I have told others about Trupanion. The the didn't listen told me they wish they had listened to what I said. One person in the elevator in my retirement community saw myself and Henry Cat on our way to the vet. He told me about his new kitten. Told him about my experience with my foal American Shorthair who died of disautonmia and how Trupanion came through for Frosty. Told him to look Trupanion up on the internet. That night I received an email. He did the research and bought his kitten Trupanion medical insurance.

Emilee was very friendly and helpful. She was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do to place my first claim.

I was impressed with Healthy Paws for pet insurance from the beginning - five years ago. The cost was reasonable - It was easy to choose a plan and deductible that worked with my budget. It's easy to submit a claim, understand what is/not covered, and get reimbursed quickly. It wasn't until my dog was diagnosed with cancer four months ago that I truly came to recognize what a great decision I made when insured my pet with Healthy Paws. Her cancer care treatments are expensive and I must admit I was initially worried that reimbursement for claims might delayed or even denied. No claims have been delayed or denied. Today my dog is cancer free, and I have peace of mind that she is getting the best health care possible. Without a doubt, because of Healthy Paws my dog and I will get more quality time together. Mya is a rescue, in fact all my dogs have been rescued. This is the first time I have had insurance on my pets and I don’t know why I didn’t do this before. If not for Nationwide I could not have given Mya the care she deserves. Nationwide has a quick turnaround on the claims it’s unbelievable, their website is very user friendly. Love it.
