Nationwide Pet Insurance has been great! Payments have been made to me in full, and in a timely manner.
Nationwide pet insurance has been nothing but fantastic. I have dogs and cats Insured, and have had a lot of unfortunate health issues with some of them. I am thankful that I have Nationwide because without the insurance, it would be much more difficult to give my pets the care that they deserve.

Easy to Submit a claim
It was very easy to submit a claim. I brought the form to the vets office and they sent everything in.

Pets Best insurance is the best investment!
In an increasingly frustrating and negative society, the one thing you don’t need is a hassle about getting reimbursement when your beloved pet is injured. A quick phone call to ask how to submit a claim was answered immediately, and the friendly representative stayed on the line until my she verified my claim was submitted properly. Pets Best insurance is the best investment!

Very fast processing of claims
I wish I had this insurance for my older dog; however, when I purchased the insurance for Mya, my Pomeranian was already 9 years old and could only get accidental coverage on him

I didn't even know there was a customer service or number to call if the pet is having problems.
I've been with the company for quite a few years and never knew there was customer service or a hot line to call if there is a question about the dogs. I have two dogs under the policy and calling tomorrow to see about adding a 12 week kitten. Are there discounts when you have more than one pet? Do the rates change year after year?
