I have been very satisfied with Nationwide and would highly recommend the insurance for all pet owners

I've filed several wellness claims. Process is super easy. All but one is still pending but I was reimbursed for the one that is complete - easy peasy.

I am finding that the process of submitting and waiting for the payment back from monies spent at the vet is very long and tedious. I also find it unprofessional that if you need additional information, you post it on the login page, you don't contact me, so this means that if I don't keep checking where my payment is, then I wouldn't know that you're looking for alternate/additional information. I have three dogs insured by you and I spend a lot of money monthly on their insurance, so I expect the very best response time and customer service. Nationwide is definitely not the best.

Life has been very stressful the last few weeks since our beloved dog became ill. We are so grateful to Healthy Paws for making the insurance part of our experience stress free. Their App is user friendly and the claim turnaround is amazingly fast. Thank you to Heathy Paws.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been very fair and reliable.

I am VERY happy with this pet insurance. I have had 2 pets in the past. Both of them had medical issues. I did NOT have insurance for them, so everything was out-of-pocket. Between the two, the money I spent would have purchased me a very nice new car. I love my pets, so I do everything I can to keep them happy and healthy, so I had no problem spending the money, but it's REALLY nice to be reimbursed for 90% of all of my costs for my current pet!!

Raines plan is coming up for renewal I heard that the deductible can be 100 instead of 250 and just because she has to be on special food due to her tummy having issues they denied it. I felt that was unfair
