LVT Trupanion Customer
Cost. Being a Veterinary professional I understand the high costs of vet care from both parties. While trupanion offers unlimited lifetime caps for issues which is great...not many people can afford $150+ per month to give their pet quality care offered by their Veterinary Hospital.

Because Jackie was very efficient and quick getting info I needed.. I had used Trupanion in the past. This time I bought 2 rescue dogs and they came with 6 week coverage from another company after speaking with Jackie and having Trupanion in the past, I knew my dogs would be best looked after by Trupanion so without hesitation I decided to go back to Trupanion knowing I would have another 30 day wait for illness coverage was worth it .. knowing Trupanionâs service from the past, I would be the
best.. coverage for my new puppy

Repeated deductble
My dog is being tested for Cushing’s, given different tests at two veterinary clinics. She was referred to Blue Pearl for an ultrasound to obtain further information. Although Blue Pearl indicated that this claim was related to a previous claim, I was still charged the $150 deductible which shouldn’t be charged. This is the third deductible charge for the diagnostic process for Cushing’s disease. I have appealed the second charge and will have to appeal this third charge. I will not be recommending Trupanion to anyone as a result of their inability to get this figured out.

Best pet insurance
They have a Quick response time with very fast turn around for refunds on coverage. It’s a super Easy app to navigate and submit claims. Nice, professional people who are very helpful on the phone to explain questions.
