Customer service is excellent. Several of them will take the time to explain any question and concern you may have. They expedited my recent claims and even inform me when the claim was posted into my account. I recently renewed my dogs medical insurance and wellness savings with them. So far, I am much satisfied with their service.

When my husband and I decided to add our first dog to our family of 5 (We have 3 kids) we were told by almost everyone who owns an English Bulldog to be sure and get a pet insurance policy. Being a first time pet owner, I was skeptical. Fast forward a year and our bulldog had an intestinal blockage and needed life saving emergency surgery. The entire time during his multiple trips to the emergency vet for X-rays, diagnosis, and eventually surgery I was on the phone with Embrace, "Is this covered?" The representative that assisted me, Diedre, was very sensitive to my concerns and walked me through the claim process. Our dog is healthy again and Embrace reviewed and paid the claim directly to us within 2 weeks. No hassles. The only hassle we had was with the vet sending the paperwork to Embrace. For us, the pet policy paid for itself 9 times over in the first year alone. I can only imagine what is next being a pet owner, but it's the best advice I ever took to go through Embrace to insure our English Bulldog. Thank you, Embrace, for making this a seamless process and decision for us. If you're on the fence about Embrace, I recommend you get your Policy now. The entire surgery was $5,200. Easy to send claims in, little bit of navigation with filtering all the claim paper work and follow up to make sure all were addressed. When we did follow up with a call they were very expeditious and helpful. Well worth the investment, we have recommended to several friends.We have two cats and a new Lab.

I have been a Healthy Paws customer for 4 years, soon after we got our dog Jefe. Submitting claims to Healthy Paws is a breeze, it's so convenient to submit via the mobile app. And I usually hear back within a couple days. Just recently Jefe had a serious abdominal surgery and it was reassuring to know that all of his medical expenses would be covered. In the end, we only owed a fraction of the total cost thanks to our policy with Healthy Paws.

This is the best pet insurance around. Any time that we have taken our dog Itty bit to the vet, we get a follow-up call from ASPCA inquiring about the well being of Itty. I like that they care about our pet. Itty is a rescue dog, not sure who rescued whom but, having this insurance gives us a piece of mind that they process the claim quickly and the funds are issued into our account. Thank you ASPCA

My dog had a life-threatening emergency which required surgery and a 3-day hospitalization. Fortunately we were able to recognize his symptoms and get him quickly to an excellent emergency veterinary hospital. We were also fortunate to have Healthy Paws pet insurance so we could feel assured that the cost of his care would not unduly burden us. Our claim was processed literally within hours of our submitting it, and today I received a check for 90% of our bill, minus the deductible. Getting this insurance when he was a puppy was one of our best decisions ever!
