From the day I signed up until now they have been absolutely wonderful in every aspect of their company. Each customer service representative I have encountered has been helpful, knowledgeable and extremely polite. I chose Healthy Paws based on all the previous reviews I had seen, the affordable price, and the outstanding service they provide. My poor girl was diagnosed with Ideopathic Epilepsy last September and I was such a mess worrying about her and how I would afford her treatment (as most of you pet parents know). I was so thankful that I had Healthy Paws to help me along the way. They made things easy for me and talked me through the process wherever I had questions regarding what my policy covered and what it didn't. Long story short, they covered more than any other insurance company I have come across with no cap annually. I also loved that their policy is an annual deductible, not per claim. Reimbursement was quick and easy - which I was very thankful for. Shortly after my first claim with them, my dog tore her ACL and needed surgery and physical therapy. All of this was covered by my insurance with Healthy Paws. They checked in on her and sent emails to find out how she was recovering; this warmed my heart to know what a caring company I chose.
