Tinkerbelle has many issues. With the help of Pet Insurance we are able to take care of her as necessary. I wish there was a policy for Medication, food, her necessary Rehab sessions and that the Max for each illness was a little higher. I always "Max Out" as far as coverage a few months after I renew my policy. Bucky will be a diabetic for 1 year in April. Meds and food are quite an expense each month. I will call occasionally for an explanation and the representative makes me feel like I'm asking for something I didn't pay for. I have been a member since VPI, about 20 years and I will again renew my policy so I can care for "my kids" with help.

In retrospect, it m so happy that the dog insurance company I had for many years before Nationwide had placed me in a position to look for a new company. After researching 10 different options I chose Nationwide, and now I see how an insurance company should be run. I couldn’t be more satisfied with not only the competent customer service, but also the ease of filing claims and the response time. I can’t imagine a company run any better. Thank you!

Submitting claims is a simple and quick process no reimbursement is almost as quick. I can't think of any other business/organization I have dealt with that has been as satisfying and troublefree as Healthy Paws. Other companies could take lessons from them! Really!

Pet insurance is not cheap, but for the price you pay, it shouldn't take a month to get your refund!

I used the Vitus Vet app to submit my claim which is very easy to use. I’d like to be able to see my response there as well. To see the EOB, I have to go into my browser and login in to my nationwide account.
