Everything was handled in an efficient manner and instructions were easy to follow. However, Trupanion was supposed to have contacted our Vet. to get the final report however I don't think that has happened as we have not been paid as yet.

Kristin was very patient with me. In order for me to explain what I needed, I had to go through a process in my brain to be able to verbalize it.
