I have had this ci6verage for Nikita for several years. I used it minimally up until the past couple of years. She has had multiple issues recently and I have been more than satisfied with the turn around time on reimbursement. I don't know what I would have done at times without her Nationwide coverage. Thank you for helping me take the best care of my baby girl!

So far, not a good place to shop.
I have two claims on Douglass that are over two months old that you have failed to act on. You won't tell me if you will pay them or not. I call on a regular basis on these and all I've gotten is a royal run around. You won't even tell me if you'll pay them or not, and I've become extremely angry and frustrated with you people. You need to settle these claims ASAP or tell me you've denied them. This has gotten to be pure BS.

Insurance for your pet gives you peace of mind.
This insurance is great. My puppy has had some issues, mainly due to him eating foreign objects. The insurance claims are easy to file and are paid in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with this company.

Good insurance
I have never had a problem with my pet insurance. Only thing is that any vet I go to wants up front fees. I'm suppose to take Sis lady bug to a vet whose knows about slight enlarge heart, but having to put the appt off due I'm on diasbilify.

Great Experience
I have appreciated the ease of claims and the vet helpline. It has made dealing with Merlin's severe allergies much easier on me and my wallet. I love my dog and this has enabled me to provide him with the care he most needs.
