Earlier this year, I had to take Hailee in the the ER on a weekend. With that two day stay I met my deductible for that condition and they paid 90% of the rest (excluding initial exam). Fast forward eight months and the same condition occurs! I take her in and she stays two days. Came home on a Friday afternoon. I submitted the claim information late Sunday. Received the email on Monday that they had the claim and was reviewing. On Wednesday, was notified that they were covering the entire bill (excluding exam) at 90%. Money was in my checking account on Thursday night. It does not get any better than that. Twice they have done what they said they would do and have done it quickly. And I almost forgot - between the two events I moved to a different state. My monthly premium actually lowered! Based on the first event they could have decided to leave the rate alone, or raise it. But they did not. Honest, ethical. So glad I chose them.
