Excellent coverage and quick turn around time. My 1 y/o Siberian Husky developed cataracts that were operable. The surgery was a success and I was glad to be covered because it made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Our last lab had to have both ACL's replaced, so we swore we would never have another dog without having insurance. We did a lot of research before purchasing a policy, and ASPCA was by FAR the best insurance! We now have 3 dogs insured with ASPCA, and we are so pleased! Our lab has a Acid Reflux, which was VERY hard for the doctors to finally get a diagnosis for. ASPCA has stood by us and been very generous in their coverage. We have had the usual stitches here and there, and belly aches that have all bee handled very well by them. I no longer have to decide whether I need to take them in if they are sick, for fear of a huge vet bill. It's a peace of mind for us! And their staff is amazing at calling and checking up on our pups each time they are sick! That is above and beyond what I would even HOPE for in an insurance company! I LOVE this company!

We have used AKC PET insurance since 2010 with our EnglishMastiff. Our Vet said it was good, and that AKC good to deal with from his point of view. We had three claims, all were paid and paid promptly. Yes we have recommended AKC to our friends and family.

Healthy Paws has truly been a lifesaver. Their coverage is so straightforward (no exclusions) and they have paid 90% of all our dogs bills. Our dog got a stick in his esophagus and then aspirated his vomit and almost died of pneumonia. We were able to get him all the care he needed without worrying about the expense. I just snapped pictures of the bills with the Healthy Paws app and we had our checks within 3 days. It couldn't be easier. This insurance is the best money you could spend for your pet!

We have field trial golden retrievers that are near and dear to us. We have gotten pet insurance for almost 20 years with various companies and have been with Embrace since almost their inception. Our 2 goldens were started with Embrace since they were puppies. Our next puppy (soon to be born) will be insured with Embrace. Caring people. Super quick turnaround. Direct deposit - great when we're on the road or away from home for treatment. Easy to work with. Honest.

After paying $100 per month to insure 2 dogs, finally made a large claim after my Great Dane was bitten by a Poisonous Spider. Bills totaled around $1000. Filled all of my claims and Presto - found out the 80% reimbursement rate was a TOTAL JOKE!!! Got back $151.07! WHAT???? Oh I forgot, $500 deductible and we don't cover this or that. Am currently shopping for better Pet Insurance that actually covers my pets!!! What a Joke.

I have had VPI for a few years, but recently had an experience that made me an even more satisfied customer. The reimbursement rates have always been just fine in Montana, where veterinary care is less expensive. But in July I took one of my Bernese Mountain Dogs all the way to VOSM in Maryland for a TPLO performed by a surgeon I knew was top notch (Dr. Sherman Canapp). It was not cheap -- about $4500 when it was all said and done. I was worried about how much would be reimbursed and was hoping for half -- I was amazed when VPI reimbursed almost 80% of the costs. There were no issues getting paid -- I sent in the required documents and had a check in less than a month. I cannot say enough good things about VPI. I have all five of my Bernese Mountain Dogs covered!

BJ had a growth on his back that needed to be surgically removed. Initial care and the surgery were paid by this wonderful insurance. We had insurance on our Angel Buster who had eaten a tube of Aspercreme (one time), then coffee K-cups, and a third time some OTC medication for stomach upsets. ASPCA insurance was there for us all of these times. Would highly recommend this insurance to all pet parents.

Monte, our Golden Retriever has unfortunately endured a lot in his two years, from knee surgery, to plate removal due to irritation, skin problems, and allergic reactions. Embrace has been excellent in receiving and processing all of the claims very quickly. They have even checked to see if I have received my claim payments! I am impressed with this company, it was the best decision to make when Monte was a puppy. It gives us piece of mind knowing that we can take him to the vet when anything out of the ordinary is going on with him. Everything has been covered without issue. Our vet faxes in the claim for us and we have a reimbursement check in a couple of weeks. I love that you can view the progress of claims online. We have an English Mastiff, female, now 5 and we have had the insurance 5 years. It is good insurance, we have used it. Our Vet is pleased and has no problem doing the minimal paper work with said insurance. WE took out the insurance so our dog sitter would have no issue with moneyif something happened to our pup. Proved it self on 3 instances.
