Melissa was very helpful but had to escalate the call to Lauren the manager and customer service in seattle and Lauren was able to answer all my questions concerning rate increase.
Melissa was very helpful but had to escalate the call to Lauren the manager and customer service in seattle, and Lauren was able to answer all my questions concerning rate increase. Five factors are considered and veterinary charges in my area are a big contributing factor. Lauren was on the phone with me for over an hour It was a difficult call, but labor intensive on her part. I understand everything now and I'm still happy with Trupanion. I needed to have increases in premium explained to me. Over, and over! Finally ? It made sense to me. Lauren was very polite and patient. Thank you for your excellent customer service and very helpful suggestions to lower our rates by raising our deductible. Our pup, Emmett, thanks you too. We will continue coverage.
