Always an easy process, I have had many animals over the years and most have been insured with Trupanion for the last 7 years. Definitely a good value for those unexpected emergencies.

Nothing covered...:(
Got full coverage for our puppy. When i filed claims, very little was actually covered. I've spent hundreds on vet bills AND insurance and got $80 back :( I'm feeling if I take all the money I'm paying in premiums and put it in an account, I'll come out ahead of paying monthly premiums...

True to their policy!
Trupanion reimburses very fairly. We have been pleased. They live up to their reputation. I wish uploading invoices was more seamless than it is. I hope they can fix that.
